MINNIE A. GIBSON
ESTACADA (Special) -- Mrs. Horace E. (Minnie A.) Gibson, 87, resident of route 2, box 179, Estacada, died in an Oregon City hospital Thursday morning following a short illness.

Mrs. Gibson was born in Wabasha, Minnesota and had been a resident of Oregon for the last 45 years. The family formerly lived at Dayton and on the Linns Mill road in the Oregon City area.

Survivors include her widower, Horace E.; a son, George, Redmond; four daughters, Mrs. Clara Martin, Redmond; Mrs. Jennie Evans, Reedsport; Mrs. Irene Wickham, Oregon City; Mrs. Sarah Landis, Highland and more than 50 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Rev. Raymond Miner will officiate at the 1:30 p.m. service Monday, November 25, at the Holman-Hankins-Rilance funeral home at Oregon City. Internment will follow at the Redland Cemetery.
