    Bethel, 94, of Eaton Rapids, MI passed away in Lansing, November 29, 2015. Maxine was the daughter of Frank and Alice Neoma (Baker) Bunker.

    She attended MSU before marrying Jerold Topliff. Maxine was a 4-H leader, an active member of Robbins United Methodist Church, sang in the choir at the church for 50 years and was known for her wedding cakes, quilting and knitting. She was passionate about fishing and left no lake untouched.

    Maxine was a farmer?s wife sharing in many of the duties and was voted by the family as being the best hay baler driver on the farm. A long-time member of Farm Bureau, she once served as the Michigan Farm Bureau Women?s Chairperson.

    Maxine is survived by her children, Carolin Spragg of Eaton Rapids, Donald Topliff of Williamston, Maryellen (Bill) Smith of Okemos; grandchildren, Kristin (Paul Meeker) Salisbury, Gregory (Joyce) Salisbury, Kylie (Andrew) Young, Kelly (Mark) Wolgamott, Diane Smith; great grandchildren, Andrew Salisbury, Spencer Wolgamott, Benjamin Meeker; sister, Wanetta Fuller and many nieces and nephews.

    She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Jerold; sister, Mary (Leo) Baumer; daughter-in-law, Sheryl Topliff; brother-in-law, Robert Fuller.

    Funeral services were Wednesday December 2, 2015 at Robbins United Methodist Church with Pastors Peggy Katzmark and Carolin Spragg officiating. Interment followed at Bunker Hill Cemetery.

    In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made out to Youth Haven Ranch or Robbins United Methodist Church.

    Mary Elizabeth Baumer Eaton Rapids, MI Passed away peacefully with her family by her beside on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at the age of 91. Born November 12, 1922 to Frank H. Bunker and Alice Neoma (Baker) Bunker in Eaton Rapids, MI. Mary married her husband Leo Robert Baumer on June 14, 1942 and raised their family on a dairy farm in Onondaga, MI which is now farmed by her son Peter. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Eaton Rapids and a member of the Robbins United Methodist Church. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leo in 2003; daughter, Alice Baumer Kelley; grandchildren, Darcy Baumer, and Jay Baumer. Surviving are her children, John Ivan (Charlene) Baumer, Paulette (Abel Arambula) Baumer, Duane (Sandy Sherman) Baumer, Dennis George Baumer, Peter Frank (Amy) Baumer; 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Maxine (Jerald) Toppliff, Wanetta (Robert) Fuller; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014 1:00 PM at Skinner Funeral Home, Eaton Rapids Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6-8 PM and Saturday at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Advantage in memory of Mary.     Wanetta, 92, of Lake, MI and formerly of Eaton Rapids, MI passed away on February 23, 2018. Wanetta was the daughter of Frank and Neoma (Baker) Bunker.

    She worked many jobs throughout her life including, as a baker at Smarts Bread Box, Bentleys, an ice cream and soda shop in Eaton Rapids and at Michigan State University as a cook where she retired in 1985. Wanetta also owned her own business hanging wallpaper and painting which she operated with her sister.

    She was a lifetime member of the Robbins United Methodist Church. Wanetta was a very talented woman who built the family’s very first T.V. she also enjoyed baking and sharing her treats with her family and friends.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert W. Fuller; grandchildren, Matthew Matteson, Teya Trombley, Kevin Carl, Robert Carl; sisters, Maxine Topliff and Mary Baumer.

    Surviving are her son, Robert (Margo) Fuller; daughters, Dolly Chamberlin, Deanna Carl; 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

    Funeral Services were held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Robbins United Methodist Church in Eaton Rapids.
