    KAHOKA, Mo. -- Geneva Elizabeth "Gene" Agazzi Ridgway, 94, of Kahoka, died Nov. 15, 2009, in the Clark County Nursing Home, Kahoka. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Peaksville Christian Church, Peaksville. Burial will be held at a later date in Elmhurst Cemetery, Joliet, Ill. There will be no visitation. The Vigen Memorial Home, Kahoka, is handling arrangements.

    Geneva Elizabeth "Gene" Agazzi Ridgway, 94, of Kahoka, MO died Sunday, November 15, 2009 at the Clark County Nursing Home, Kahoka, MO.
    She was born on April 21, 1915 in Numa, Iowa the daughter of Fred and Mary Canalle Agazzi. In 1934 she was united in marriage to Kasson B. "Kay" Ridgway in Joliet, IL. He preceded her in death.

    Geneva has resided in Kahoka for the last 13 years moving from Phoenix, AZ in 1996. She was retired from the Weber Dairy in Joliet, IL in 1971.

    She was a member of the Peaksville Christian Church, Eastern Star of Illinois, Marguerite Chapter 187.

    Geneva had volunteered over five thousand hours for the Salvation Army.

    She is survived by two sisters, Ruth A. Sebben of Kahoka, MO and Louise "Mary" Webster of Waukegan, IL, numerous nieces and nephews.

    She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son, Robert, four brothers and two sisters.

    A Memorial service was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, at the Peaksville Christian Church in Peaksville, MO with Pastor Shawn McAfee officiating. Burial will be in the Elmhurst Cemetery in Joliet, IL at a later date.

    Memorials may be made to the Peaksville Christian Church or the Sever Memorial Library.

    Geneva married Kasson B. RIDGWAY in 1934. Kasson was born on 3 Apr 1906; died on 8 Sep 1990 in Phoenix, Maricopa Co., Arizonia; was buried in Elmhurst Cemetery, Joliet, Will Co., Illinois. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
