    On 20 March 1750 administration of the estate of Isaac Sturevant, yeoman of Halifax, was granted to Robert Waterman of Halifax, yeoman. On 5 Nov. 1753 Hezekiah Bearse of Halifax was appointed guardian to Simeon, Nathaniel, Samuel, Jesse and Isaac Sturtvant, minor children of Isaac Sturtevant, dec. On 2 Dec 1754 Martha Sturtevant chose Hezekiah Bearse as her guardian. On 3 Feb. 1755 the estate was distributed to widow Sarah, eldest son William, Deborah Bearse wife of Hezekiah, Martha Sturtevant, Isaac, Simeon, Samuel, Jesse Fuller and Nathaniel Sturtevant.

    The will of Austin Bearce of Halifax, cordwainer, dated 30 March 1764, proved 7 may 1764, names widow Mary Stockbridge, daus. Hannah and Lucy; tow other daughters (not named) and only son Austin.

    On 8 Sept. 1766 the widow Sarah Bearce's dower thirds were divided between eldest son William, Deborah wife of Hezekiah Bearce, Martha Sturtevant, Samuel Sturtevant, Jesse Fuller Sturtevant, Simeon Sturtevant, Isaac Sturtevant and Nathaniel Surtevant.

    Isaac married Sarah FULLER on 8 Apr 1731 in Plympton, Massachusetts. Sarah (daughter of Nathaniel FULLER and Martha SAMPSON) was born on 28 Sep 1712 in Plympton, Massachusetts; died on 21 Jul 1763 in Halifax, Massachusetts. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
