- He came into marl. with his mother, who m. Edmund Rice, and on arrive at age, he purchased a town right, settled in the southwest part of the town, on what is now called the "Warren Brigham farm," and on the south road to Northborough. The house which he built after King Phillips war, is still standing; and even the chair in which he expired, is in the neighborhood, in the possession of one of his descendants, Mrs. lewis Ames. He was a prominent man in the town. [1]
