- He removed to Duxbury with his brother Samuel; they had two farms comprising 320 acres and constituting what was called "Sprague's Neck." The two farms were divided by a road, now Harrison St. John lived on the north side.

1713-14 March In a deed of John and Bethiah he is called "Weaver."
739, Nov. 27 Will, proved Jan. 7, 1739/40, mentions his children as follows: John, Peleg, Abijah, Bethiah, wife of David Curtis, Rebecca, wife of Ezra Arnold, Joanna, wife of James Arnold, Susanna Sprague and Asenath Sprague. [1]
