His will, bearing date March 22, 1758, named as legatees, his wife Sarah; his deceased son Israel's three daughters, Ann, Lois and Ednah; his Sarah; his daughter Mary Birchard; daughter Catharine Hackly; youngest daughter, Prudence; and his son, Jedidiah, Simeon, and Ezekiel.
