  	Frankford - Glendon "Buddy" A. Hill, age 64, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at his residence. Born in Sussex to the late Clarence, Sr. and Lillian Hill, he was a graduate from the Sussex High School and attended Orange County Community College. Buddy had served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He had been employed as an electrician for United Telephone Company in Lafayette and retired in 1991. He was predeceased by his brothers, Clarence Hill, Jr. on November 16, 1974 and Ronald Hill on April 13, 2007. He is survived by his two daughters, Michelle Hill of NYC, NY and Heather Hill of Ridgewood; his brother, Robert Hill of the Colesville section of Wantage; his two sisters, Beverly Longcor of the Wykertown section of Frankford Township and Lorna Berger of Hackettstown; his four grandchildren, Valentino and Violetta and Gabrielle and Taylor; and his former wife of 28 years, Betty DePue of Sussex. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at the Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank Street (Route 23), Sussex. Interment will follow at Beemerville Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects to the family on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations may be made to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, 799 Washington Street, P.O.
