I am placing Elisha Williams as being the son of Azariah Williams and Beulah Brown. There is no concrete evidence that states this. However, by examining the names of the children of Elisha and Siba Williams, it would seem the logical placement for him.

Have not determine who Siba Parmalee's parents are. Some would assume it to be the Siba who is the daughter of Amos Parmelee and Elizabeth Lord. However, much research is done on this and it seems that this Siba married Benjamin Seward. So further research is needed to determine her parentage.

Elisha married Siba PARMELEE on 18 Aug 1799 in Massachusetts. Siba (daughter of Amos PARMELEE and Elizabeth LORD) was born on 26 Jan 1783 in Killingworth, Middlesex Co., Connecticut; died on 3 Aug 1841 in Quincy, Branch Co., Michigan; was buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Quincy, Branch Co., Michigan. Azariah married Beulah BROWN on 9 Oct 1760 in Stockbridge, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts. Beulah (daughter of Deacon Samuel BROWN and Mercy PATTERSON) was born in 1736 in Watertown, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts; died on 10 Aug 1816. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

She was admitted to full connection in Waltham Church, 9 April 1724, and he 21 March, 1724-5. They were both dismissed from Waltham to Leicester Church, 18 February, 1738-9, about which time they removed to Leicester, where they resided in may, 1742. they removed from there to Stockbridge, where, in 1749, at the death of Rev. (?) they, and the families of their son, Samuel Brown, Jr., and son-in-law, Deacon John Chamberlain were three of the only twelve English families in town. He was a deacon of the church, and had a large share of the municipal offices and business of Stockbridge while it was a precinct and after it was incorporated as a town. He was a member of the provincial Congress in 1775. He was a soldier in the Revolutionary War. His will, dated 1782, making son Samuel sole executor, was proved 2 March, 1784. He willed all his estate, real and person, to his grandsons, Joh Isaac, Abram, Joseph, and Lemuel, sons of Captain Abraham Brown. She died in Stockbridge, 6 March, 1774, and he died 7 February, 1784.
