Anne B. Holden, 75, of Smith Street, Manlius, died Sunday at University Hospital.

A native of Chittenango who lived in Manlius more than 40 years, Mrs. Holden retired in 1982 as a research assistant at the State University of New York Health Science Center College of Medicine. She graduated in 1943 with a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University's School of Home Economics.

She was a member of Manlius United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women, the Auxiliary of SUNY Health Science Center and the Samaritan Auxiliary in Watertown.

Her husband, George M., died in 1979.

Surviving are a daughter, Peggy Thompson of Watertown; two sons, Harry D. Anderson and Rick Holden, both of Manlius; and three grandsons.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Newell-Fay Funeral Home, Manlius. Burial is in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.

Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 403 Pleasant St.
