STANLEY--Frank E. Stanley, aged 83 years, passed away at a local hospital Monday, march 14, following a long illness. Mr. Stanley had resided in this county for the past thirty-eight years and was a retired building contractor residing on Ferndale Route 1. Deceased was a member of the Methodist church and leaves the following survivors: His widow, Josephine Stanley, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Norman Hickey, Route 1, Ferndale, and Mrs. Ed Tiernan, Seattle; two sons, Floyd E., at Seattle, and Ray M. Stanley, at Port Gamble; also five grandchildren. The remains are resting at the funeral home of Harlow-Hollingsworth where private funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 16, at 3 p.m., by the Rev. E. A. Wolfe. Cremation.
