- He removed to a farm on the south side of Harrison St. in Duxbury about 1709, and is frequently mentioned in the Duxbury Records as Moderator of town meeting, and grand juryman at the Plymouth court at sundry times from 1729 to 1742.
1757, Oct. 2, Will, proved June 2, 1764, devises to wife Bethiah Sprague, to two sons, Samuel Sprague and Phineas Sprague, "my farm which I now live on in Duxburough"; to daughter Sarah Alden and to daughter Bethiah Sprague, (Plymouth Co. Probate, No. 19112). [1]
