- Benjamin Yale, of Wallingford, Conn. was married to Ruth Ives, of North haven, i the same state, March 23, 1737, and settled in that part of town which is now Meriden, but later in Cheshire. He was a farmer, and lived in the North-East part of the town of Cheshire, on the farm later owned and occupied by Levi Bradley, Esq. From thence he remove to Farmingbury, afterwards called Wolcott, and remained there about fifteen years, and removed to Paterson, New York [1]
