Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery, Lee Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ida Slawson Beckwith, Carrollton; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Alldridge, Grenada; four brothers, John Beckwith, Belzoni: Buster Beckwith, Feetville, Texas; Claude Beckwith, Winona; and Charlie Beckwith, Carrollton.
