    Obituary: spokane Daily Chronicle: she was a member of st. Augustine's Catholic Church, Catholic Business and Professional Women, Soroptimist Club Association of Gonzaga Prep, graduate of Holy Names Academy where she was class president all four years. A founding partner in Moloney & O'Neill, Inc. Insurance Brokers where she worked for 26 years. Her retirement party was held at the Ridpath Hotel where she was presented with a white carnation lei and a round trip ticket to Hawaii. She died at age 84.

    Obituary The Spokesman Review, Jan 3, 1949: "T.E. Moloney Taken By Death
    "Thomas E. Moloney, 74, dean of Spokane fire insurance men, died yesterday morning at his home, E452 twenty-first. He was the victim of a heart attack. Mr. Moloney was vice-president of the Old National Insurance agency. He had been in the insurance business here for 44 years.
    Born in Portland, Oregon, he first came to Spokane as an associate with the Fred B. Grinnell. He served as insurance department manager and VP from 1903 to 1928.
    In 1928, he resigned to become superintendent of agents for the General Insurance Co., of America in Settle. He returned to Spokane in 1932 to accept the vice-presidential post with the Old National Agency.
    Mr. Moloney was a member of St. Augustine's Church, the Elks odge and the Crusaders Toastmasters.
    Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Nancy Moloney; three daughters, Frances, H. Holoney, Mrs. John Lehan, and Mrs. Don MOrton; two sons, Robert E. Moloney and John P. Moloney, and 10 grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be Wednesday at 9:30 am at Augustine's church. rosary will be said at 8:30pm Tuesday at the Hennessey funeral home.

    "Rosary for Mrs. Thomas E. (Nancy C.) Moloney, 92, will be at Hennessey Funeral Home at 8:30 p.m. today. Funeral Mass with the Rev. Albert Austen Officiating, will be Wednesday at 9 am at St. Augustine's Church. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
    "Mrs. Moloney died Sunday. Born in Morris, MN, she had lived in Spokane since 1896. She was a member of St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church.
    Survivors include three duaghters Frances H. Moloney, Spokane; Mr.s John T. Lehan, Coronado, CA; and Mrs. Don Morton, Anchorage, Alaska; two sons Robert E., Seattle and John P. Spokane; a sister, Mrs. Florence Call, 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.:

    Mrs. Thomes E. Moloney Dies at 92: Mrs. Thomas E. (Nancy C.) Moloney, 92, widow of a longtime Spokane insurance man, died last night in a nursing home here. An invalid for some years, she was hospitalized recently. Born in Morris, Minnesota, she had lived here 74 years, coming in 1896 with her parents. She died at age 92 at Madison South Convalescent Center.

    Obituary, Spokane DAily Chronicle, Jan. 21, 1922: "George Rowles Taken By Death. George W. Rowles, aged 69, for 23 years a resident of Spokane, died this morning at his home in the Wilson Apartments. death was due to heart trouble.
    Mr. Rowles had been in the employ of the city for the last 19 years. At the time of his death he was sewer inspector, being connected with the department of public works. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and theAncient Order of Hibernians.
    The deceased was born in New York and came to Spokane from Minnesota. Besides his wife he is survived by five sons, George Jr., J.W., Edward L., and Harry C., all of Spokane and Frank T., now residing in Minneapolis: and two daughters, Mrs. T.E. Moloney of Spokane and Mrs. C.G. Call of Minneapolis.
    Funeral arrangements have not been made pending word from relatives in the east. The body is at Buchanan, Hennessey and Calloway's.
