BIO: On his father's side. He's a descendant of John Kimble. His grandparents were James Nelson Kimble and Julia Kemble Kimble. His parents were James Nelson Kimble II and Mary Ann Norman Kimble. They were married 11/01/1881 and had 11 children. Oakley Kimble Sr. was there 2nd child born on 7/31/1884. He was married twice. His 1st wife was Zora Carr. They had no Children. His second wife was Delia Rude (2/03/1895-12/13/1970). They were married in 1911. Together they had 5 Children.
There 1st child, Oakley Kimble Jr. was born 3/08/1912 and died on 12/17/1996. He married Eleanor Brown (1910-1993), on 5/28/1932.
There 2nd child, Alden W. Kimble Sr. was born on 8/10/1914 and died on 5/17/1977. He married, Emma Allegar and they had 3 childern, Grace, Florence, and Alden W. Kimble Jr.
There 3rd child, Wilson James Kimble was born on 7/5/1918 and died on 7/26/1924.
There 4th child, Betty Audrey Kimble was born on 9/23/1924. She married twice, first to Arthur Hagerman II on 2/12/1944. They had 4 Childern, Linda Ann, Arthur Hagerman III, Bruce Hagerman and Thomas B. Hagerman. Betty's second husband was Raymond Wurst, who was born on 7/10/1921. They married on 9/08/1957. He died on 8/05/1990.
There 5th child, Marjorie Kimble born on 2/09/1932. Marjorie married Roger Hagerman (12/27/1927) on 12/31/1948. Together they had 3 girls, Donna Lee (8/17/1953),Debra Ann (11/15/1956) and Diane Marjorie (10/04/1959).
Oakley Kimble Sr. died on 11/20/1952.
I never met Oakley Kimble Sr. But, I've heard alot of stories about him, Thur his Daughter, Betty Audrey Hagerman Wurst.
