Bio: On her father's side... Ella was a descendant of John Kimble. Her grandparents were James Nelson Kimble and Julia Kemble Kimble. Her parents were James Nelson Kimble II and Mary Ann Norman Kimble. They were married on Nov. 1st, 1881 and had 11 Children.
Ella, was there 1st Child born on 4/02/1882. She married Ernest Tappens. They had 3 childern, Reba Tappens was born on 3/10/1906. Reba was married 3 times, 1st to Frank Spears, 2nd to Marion, and her last to Fred Domier. And had two childern.
Ella's 2nd Child Marie Frances Tappens, was born 11/03/1908 and died on 9/23/1992. Marie married William Larmon Jr. and had one child.
The third child of Ella's was Mildred T. was born 6/15/1914. Mildred was married twice, first to Robert Zeedyke and then to William DeRitter.
Less than a month after Ella's third child was born, she died at the age of 32 from Cancer on 7/05/1914. Ella and her daughter, Reba, who died on 12/21/1979 are buried side by side in the Old Kimble Family Plot.
I never met my great Aunt Ella. However, all the Pictures I've seen of her, serves to convince that she was certainly a very beautiful woman with pride to boot.
