    Mrs. Ada M. Pettit, 71, of Rhodes, died Saturday, July 21, at Standish Hospital. She was born June 24, 1902, in Saginaw County.

    Surviving are her husband, Clarence; two sons, Leonard and Leslie, both of Rhodes; two daughters, Mrs. Bernice McPherson of Rhodes, and Mrs. Mildred Babcock of Clio; 11 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

    Services were held at 1 p. m. Tuesday at the Hope Lutheran Church, Rhodes, with the Rev. B. F. Woodward officiating. Burial was in the Bentley Cemetery. Gladwin County Record dated 7-25/1973.
